I am Very happy lucky because I am worker of this company. I am working from 2.4 years ago (Aug 2016 to till running ) In this company workers are also work on a team and team leader is very good person lead to all staff. Thanks & regards Sunil Kamal sen

This is the worst company in my life. There is no date for salary. Contractor's payment is not made on time. They come to office and abuse. They throw out the staff from the guest house and lock it. The owner does not care.

NKG as a brand company is good but working culture is not good. The employees are not given much valued as per their capability. Lots of community based bias is there in respect to promotion ,Appraisal, motivational ,mentor , The salary structure is good but no work life balance.
