Likes

Good place to work if you want to learn about HFT and the markets in general. The technology and quant teams have some of the brightest people that I have ever met (all from top IITs) Top notch salary, comfortable office and annual foreign trip are some of the added benefits.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. A few pros to be mentioned are: 1. The founders and the seniors are available for answering any queries for junior employees 24 X 7 2.
