Few things I appreciate about working here are that I get the right balance of independence and guidance from my seniors and mentors. Being a relatively smaller company in terms of headcount, the learning that I am exposed to is immeasurable. Good place to work if you want to learn about HFT and the markets in general. The technology and quant teams have some of the brightest people that I have ever met (all from top IITs) Top notch salary, comfortable office and annual foreign trip are some of the added benefits.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
