As per company policy we have leave. But we can't take it. If you want a single day of leave your manager behave like you want his kidney and liver. You can't take leave. And after year end you can't in cash. As per policy we have half day. But we can't take it. Very bad KPI system. And more many things.

KPI is scientifically, objectively designed based on the various measurable parameters.
