Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive.Company gives bonus and good salary hike every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Huge work pressure.No time for break.No exit time.

The job is quite interesting!I struggled a bit inbthe beginning asvtgete was no formal training session.I learned everything on the job.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

As per company policy we have leave. But we can't take it. If you want a single day of leave your manager behave like you want his kidney and liver. You can't take leave. And after year end you can't in cash. As per policy we have half day. But we can't take it. Very bad KPI system. And more many things.
