As per company policy we have leave. But we can't take it. If you want a single day of leave your manager behave like you want his kidney and liver. You can't take leave. And after year end you can't in cash. As per policy we have half day. But we can't take it. Very bad KPI system. And more many things.

Need to improve more in IT department in terms of response back of any difficulty and mail. Also need to upgrade the salary structure of 10 year old employee to make him satisfy to serve. Also need to incorporate pension for the retire employee.

He had zero knowledge about real estate about Hyderabad, And he was only interested with Working with girls ,Always used to give bad feedback to the HO about guys working in the organisation , I know there is no point of putting these words here .
