very 3rd class company. No personal life. Owner has no sense how to talk with employee. when you will get the salary you don't know. no working hours. you have to work there 12hrs. HOD is always clueless no use as a HOD in merchant team. merchant is responsible what ever is happen in company. you give notice period but you will get replacement one week before of last day. No facilities.

I got to learn new things about merchandising while working in this company.

Dislikes

There is no proper management. People are egoistic and lazy so merchandiser needs to do all the work on there own while leads to long working hours. Salary is not on time. The boss is really rude and arrogant in nature he doesn't have basic etiquettes. Too much politics.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
