The college has a global culture with students from all around the globe.Its a good learning experience with an envirnoment which is very close to reality of life.The college is providing a comfortable platform to teach online and is paying salary intime to all the employees.

It's really a good place to work. U have good and flexible working hours. The environment of college is pretty good.

Dislikes

Development opportunities are less. You won't be an efficient worker their, if you are too passionate to work I would suggest to opt for private college.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
