Good place to start your work. Got to learn many things. There's work-life balance.

Dislikes

Hardly any financial benefits, no chance of growth. Also, hardly any appraisal. No health benefits. No hybrid work culture. No sick leave.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
