The Worst Organization ever Worked in my Entire Life. Management Doesn't Know anything about MIS and No Inputs given by any Managers or Leads. Managers having 0 Knowledge of excel and for every data we have to call every leads and managers which we are given after a week or two and once provided they want the data to be prepared in minutes as if it's a piece of cake. No Support from the DIRECTORS and data is pathetic. No Coordination Between the Employees, Leads and their Managers. They don't know the meaning of Automate yet they want everything to be AUTOMATED. Pathetic Work culture. MIS are hired by 3rd Party under KELLY service payroll and for being permanent we have to be work for 3 to 5 years still no guarantee of being so....Read More
