Worst company!!! They donot process the FNF amount and relieving letter within 45 days.. literally i have to wait for more than 3 months for FNF. No chance of promotion. No ambience. No facilities, even there is no proper cafe and coffee machine. Worst company. Not an MNC. Only targetbased job. Delivery manager are supportive,understands work related difficulty faced and try to helps and sort out , and always support in all worst situation aswell, salary will be on time no issues in that

Work culture is not great, not stick to the words in terms of Appraisal and hike promotion, no proper basement traning is given , job security is very very less

And hired people in very low salary and at the time of appraisal they provide you 3% or 5% salary appraisal and end of time employee have to leave the job due to very few salary appraisal and doing this with every employee and every time of salary appraisal</mark>....Read More

It's been 7 months since i left, and everyday feels like a reminder of the "fantastic" time i spent at Nityo. I mean where else would you be asked for daily sales reports without any sales portals to work with? Just genius right? Oh, and their reputation? In markets like Malaysia & Singapore, their name carries so much weight that companies have simply backlisted them. Not surprising, since no one really want's to work with them. But let's not call them client's - they're more like victims. Then there's the upper management. Now, these guys have mastered the art of managing.. affairs, that is. Some of the big names are practically having open relationships with their own team members. Promotions? based on performance?Nah, more like based on "personal services" If you're in a higher position, it seems your real job is to saving certain type of a&& As for the office perks- Let me tell you, the chai they serve is so ghatiya, you'd think it was brewed in the same pot that stews their terrible decisions. And that prestigious cafeteria? Ever had water dripping on you from the AC while eating? If not, you're missing out. They even hired a third-party food service at one point, but those guys ran for the hills the moment they realized Nityo wasn't going to pay them. Can't blame them. And now, for the divine twist: The owner's devotion to ISKON has magically become company policy. Suddenly, everyone's calling each other "Prabhu" because, ofcourse, if you don't, the "Maha prabhu" might unleash wrath.
