- Must possess technical knowledge and hands on experience in any 1 or 2 of these ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, SPM, PPM
- Key Responsibilities: Support and maintain all technical aspects of ServiceNow platform
- Design and Develop OOTB and custom application on ServiceNow platform with primary focus on ITX and HRSD development Owns the requirement gathering sessions collaborating with various stakeholders
- Convert user stories into technical solutions
- Possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision Testing of new and existing functionality Documentation of new and existing process Train end users/stakeholdersExperience and
- Skills Required: Relevant 3+ years of experience in developing application using ServiceNow platform (Development administration ) Expertise with any 1 or 2 of these ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, PPM
- Experience with Now mobile app
- Extensive experience creating custom Widget using html, CSS, bootstrap , AngularJS, Server Side scripting, Jelly Script, jQuery Should have experience in integrations including AD, MID Server and third party tools using web services, SOAP, REST, etc
