Not satisfactory at all. Was production support instead of development or maintenance

Dislikes

Everything.. no proper cafeteria. You have to wash your own dishes. Even in summer we used to sit on rooftop with tinshades for eating lunch. Left it on 4th day itself.

Dislikes

Company culture. It's purely dominated by Telugu people and they do not encourage others to grow. Majority of the employees are from the south and the HR policy is also not global, it's purely to south culture.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1).
