Nothing to like in this company. Recently they made policies which are good. Only thing is if u complete 1 year they will file H1B for u

If your join with a good hike forget about your hike for rest of the years u saty. Very very less hikes They bring Fix bid projects and put full pressure on you. If project success credit will go to management if something wrong they will come to you for blame. Management in the Nisum are from couple of years in the company and youknow how they work. If they recruit on high package once the assignment is done they will fire(this is happened in our project). They will threaten u to work on all the assignments u have during u r notice. They will threaten u that they won't give you release. There are cases where they extend last work day for employee....Read More
