I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. If your join with a good hike forget about your hike for rest of the years u saty. Very very less hikes They bring Fix bid projects and put full pressure on you. If project success credit will go to management if something wrong they will come to you for blame. Management in the Nisum are from couple of years in the company and youknow how they work. If they recruit on high package once the assignment is done they will fire(this is happened in our project). They will threaten u to work on all the assignments u have during u r notice.
