At the time of recruitment they mention that it’s a corporate, but once you join then the things get clear. No job security No leave policies, HR policies do not exist. They don’t even pay salaries on time, moreover there is no update from HR for the same too that when will the salary be credited. Employees literally have to beg for their salaries every month. The company has no vision, they just want to earn money anyhow. Even your job role is not fixed, you will be asked to work with as many as teams possible at a go & expectations are 100% efficiency for everything.
