At the time of recruitment they mention that it’s a corporate, but once you join then the things get clear. No job security No leave policies, HR policies do not exist. They don’t even pay salaries on time, moreover there is no update from HR for the same too that when will the salary be credited. Employees literally have to beg for their salaries every month. The company has no vision, they just want to earn money anyhow. Even your job role is not fixed, you will be asked to work with as many as teams possible at a go & expectations are 100% efficiency for everything. I joined the company as a Team Leader on December 1, 2022, and during my time there, I gained valuable knowledge and skills. Initially, everything seemed to be going well. However, due to some internal politics, I made the decision to resign, with my last working day on June 14, 2024. According to company policy, final settlements should be processed within 90 days. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any updates from the HR team regarding my final settlement amount. Their responses have been vague, simply stating that there are delays and that I need to wait longer. This lack of clarity and communication is frustrating, especially when it concerns something as important as salary. Based on my experience, I would advise potential employees to think carefully before joining Nirvasa. While the company may initially present a positive image, the reality can be quite different.
