Freedom to work as you please as long as tasks are getting completed. If working from office, unlimited lunch and snacks are provided.

If you are stuck at something, it takes a lot of time for the doubt to be resolved, which causes the time of completing the task to exceed the specified time, and you are blamed for the same in the end. This messes up the work life balance as you are left alone trying to figure out the issue yourself way beyond office timings.
