I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Job is not sgood work environment,culture is not good.teamates are supportive but management is not transparent.company policies are not good, No appraisals , no bonus and no salary hike

Dislikes

Ther is lot of politics and theanagement doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting, No benefit even I struggle more and more,I learnt everything by the help of supervisor and HOD There is no training programmes for staff
