Likes

I worked in Nirmala College as an Assistant Teacher on clock hour basis. Overall work environment is nice. Various opportunities to explore teaching skills.

Dislikes

As i worked on Clock hour basis, job security was low. During pandemic CHB teachers were not given lectures. Though work environment was good, I am still disappointed with concern of job insecurity.

Nothing to dislike. It's a good college.

It's feel good to work in the college, our management, principal, vice principal, co workers , admin all are good cooperative and I learned a lot .

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
