No curcial work load. Extra duty system as one double shift convert into C-off day. If you don't use it till the year it will rembirse as PL leave.

Canteen facilities, internal management of at bhavanagar work location, No appreciation you get for doing the good things, toxic management and it's rules, salary are so low and promotion in mechanical department comes in 10 years of service. If you join as engineer,then to become senior engineer you have to minimum give 10 years of service it's minimum.

There is a good facility for training of GET and others . Safety culture and its implementation at site make it safe work place for any employee and their family.Respect to elders are one another important factor of this organisation. There is a strong system for keeping the equipments in healthy conditions.Less breakdown and failures keep work life balance and healthy environment also.

Weak IT system and process or procedures cause of less improvement speed and its profitability for both side (Employee and Organization). Less Transparency, Less Innovative ideas and Less facility etc.

1.Petrochemical Industry 2.Excellent for beginners to start their carrer (Vadodara Unit) has good exposure to all major process equipments and process. 3. Documentation. 4. Safety& Maintenance.

1. Salary is disappointing not increases even if you stay for more than 5 years w.r.t other companies. 2. If you plan to spend Initial 2 years of your career then good but not worth to spend more. 3. Management behaviour is Worst and not knowledgeable and do lot of micromanagement.

Don't go there as a DET because they're not providing engineering work they kept you as technician and at starting you have to work like you are rigger or worker. Salary is very very very low. I'll suggest to not join this company as diploma mechanical engineer.
