Nirma ltd. allows new employees to explore and work as a leader. They provide us many technical and non technical training to the employees, which is very helpful for personal and company point of view. They give chance to young talent.

Quality of life is very poor. HR team is very weak, they do think about employee welfare. It is almost impossible to find promotion in the company.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
