Here when I come first after my Degree completion I learn so many things actually what occurred in practical and how we are able to maintain continuity in production with best quality.and what types of problems comes and how you troubleshoot them.and work permit system and safety system is awesome and maintain good house keeping in plant you feel like foreign country plant.

Management is not so good.. improvement is needed in that.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
