No worklife balance. No week offs. Company not having a plan, constantly changing the work flow. Long working hours. Every 3-4 months there is a new manager

Employee welfare is worst in this organisation & only concern about their profit, every movement of the day think about LOP for the employees & save the money thru LOP. in the Covid no safety or Hygiene in the premises & mental harrasment to work 18 - 20 hrs & if raise the voice regarding safety will be fired.

Really hell working in this organisation, NO Work Life balance, no employee oriantation / concern, No safety on COVID-19
