a lot of Biasness and partiality, they should allow flexibility for work from home also, leave balance is not encashed so a lot of leaves accumulated go waste, hikes and appraisals are not justified at all

Here's a concise breakdown of the issues: 1) Toxic Work culture: The work environment at Ninjacart is toxic , impacting both personal well-being and professional growth. 2) Lack of direction: Ninjacart lacks a clear roadmap, leaving employees uncertain about the company's goals and future. 3) Inconsistent Feedback: Feedback is erratic, resembling a general store where compliments today may lead to termination tomorrow. 4) Absence of HR: Surprisingly, Ninjacart lacks a proper HR department, resulting in a lack of standardised support for employees. 5) Authoritarian Leadership: Decision-making is one-sided, with little regard for employee input, creating an imbalanced power dynamic. 6) Ignorance of industry Practices: Ninjacart is unaware of industry best practices, raising concerns about its competence and commitment. 7) Ineffective Management: Managers are disconnected, showing little interests in their team activities, causing confusion and disarray. 8) Lack of user Focus: Despite grand claims, Ninjacart fails to incorporate user perspectives in its vision, prioritising grand plans over practical user needs. 9) Undervaluation of contributions: Ninjacart fails to acknowledge and value individual contributions, resulting in a demotivating environment where hard work goes unnoticed. 10) Political atmosphere: Diplomacy and politics within teams at Ninjacart create a challenging and divisive working environment. 11) Double Standards in Recognition: Ninjacart practices double standards by highlighting only leadership on platforms like linkedin and during celebrations, neglecting to recognise the efforts of other dedicated employees. 12) Team Disregard and Leadership Overpower: Ninjacart shows a lack of respect for other teams, undervaluing their contribution. leadership consistently dominates every discussion, stifling collaboration and hindering effective decision making 13) Micromanagement and Loyalty Emphasis: At NInjacart, micromanagement is pervasive, limiting managerial autonomy. The leadership's insistence on unwavering loyalty creates an environment where employees feel pressured to priorities pleasing leadership over independent decision-making. 14) Ineffective HR Representation: Ninjacart's HR fails to advocate for employees, appearing politically aligned with leadership rather than prioritising employee concerns. These concerns are just a glimpse into the broader challenges, indicating there are more areas where Ninjacart should focus its efforts for enhancement. In summary, my time at Ninjacart was marked by a toxic culture, a lack of direction, ineffective leadership, undervaluation of individual contributions, and a politically charged atmosphere. 1. Cultural differences is not respected, most of the meeting are conducted or lead in Common language of a group of people. 2. Women are not respected; they will always show you down and not respected for the work done. 3.There is 0 work ethics, no proper way of communication. 4. People will even try to control break time by actually asking you not to discuss about anything personal in office space with your colleagues and friends. 5.Micro-management is prevailing in org, your bathroom time and break time is noted. 6.There is no work life balance, and no support from org. 7.There is no proper way of KT ,no documentation just you need to beg to learn from existing member. 8.
