Being a start up co., Needs in dept knowledge & implementation upfront on various practical experience in new project before rolling out. It's too early & unwise decision to assume on many unpredictable ground experience & market acceptance. Moreover, it's not a good progressive record on retreating & unwinding many new project before it is actually done. Job security is pathetic, work culture is mixed and bunch of youngsters, management & it's policies are kind of transparent & open door policy making but there are always a loop holes on implementation part. Immature project roll out & it's implementation on ground front. Frequent turnover of new employees, HR needs to be revamping badly. Frequent changes in project implementation before it's ripe enough. Didn't guide enough on ground front for any project implementation day to day.

Work Details

Work life is all about starting your day from 2:30am & it depends on your profile & project from time to time. You have to manage your own time by keeping in mind on your productivity part. Overall cool experienced.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Upper management people doesn't know anything about the ground reality. Treat other employees like anything. They set rules and SOPs which don't work in the ground. Very pathetic experience.

Work Details

No work life balance at all. My manager literally said it's a 24*7 job. You are expected to take calls at any time and work anytime required.
