Worst company to work. They hire you and get the work done and then during appraisal they say, they actually don't require this position anymore and due to that reason they give minimal hike. Too much work pressure 24/7 you are expected to be available including Saturday and Sunday. Man agement plays blame game.Any fault by management will consequences has to be faced by employees. No proper infra provided for employees Office is not good no proper facilities or cafeteria. They make you work like a donkey and throw peanuts during appraisal and no recognition as well. Ninjacart helped to grow my skills to next level by assigning different task, Unlike other companies & department my role as a internal audit is different from all. We will be facing different challanges daily and solving those challenges along with my team made me to love this job.

Dislikes

In my department only 4 designation growths are there and also as a supporting team we will be facing appraisal compramises also comparing to other operational departments. But we have to know all the processes happening only by then we can audit them.

One thing to mention all the good reviews that you see in the review sections are actually forced to be written by the marketing team. 1. Company Politics. 2. Toxic work culture. 3. Poor Appraisal cycles. 4. Bad upper management. 5. No employee benefits. 6. No learning roadmap. 7. I like how ninjacart treat there employee and how motived them through goodies outings and parties etc. And also how ninjacart attracts customer through there idea and advertise.

But what I don't like is the appraisal percentage will be very less which employees have not interest to work for these thigs and also the promotions will be very delay and only for them whom they like not who works hard,

Good salary & benefits. Fast paced environment that results in good learning opportunities. Flexible work hours & support of coworkers incase of any personal emergencies. Good leave policy.

Dislikes

Appraisals aren't satisfying enough. Promotions are limited. 7 days working week resulting in a not so good work-life balance.
