Lot of politics with higher management. So called GM is not supportive at any time and blackmail for salary cuts and about job security when they get pressure/scolds from clients. They wants to enjoy in their personal life but he can't tolerate when we ask for for 3-4 days break. As I mentioned about politics, some people can take leaves even for 15 days and 3-4 days every month and permission gets so easily, but few of us who are working for 9-12 hours a day asks for a day leave, our so called GM will get insecured and personally target employees. Such a irritating environment to work. No good culture, No employee benefits. They want to run the company with less man power and staff salary control with high work load and high profit expectations which is utter nonsense. Our So called GM have almost more than 15 years experience but didn't learn to appreciate below employees when they have done a better job. If they don't know to appreciate that's fine but they will demotivate, degrade us....Read More

Exposure to various waterproofing systems, dealing with top clients and environment to develop ourselves to handle the excessive pressure from the company and from clients.

Really poor initiatives and concern on employee welfare and benefits. No work-life balance, no appreciation and no support from other verticals. Higher management enjoy working in this company as people below them are crushed and made to work hard, threatening them of penalties, salary cut, etc. Each and everything is scrutinized and you can forget job satisfaction. Some people who are close the higher management enjoy working here and are getting paid without doing any job. This adds load to other people in the company....Read More
