Lot of politics with higher management. So called GM is not supportive at any time and blackmail for salary cuts and about job security when they get pressure/scolds from clients. They wants to enjoy in their personal life but he can't tolerate when we ask for for 3-4 days break. As I mentioned about politics, some people can take leaves even for 15 days and 3-4 days every month and permission gets so easily, but few of us who are working for 9-12 hours a day asks for a day leave, our so called GM will get insecured and personally target employees. Such a irritating environment to work. No good culture, No employee benefits. They want to run the company with less man power and staff salary control with high work load and high profit expectations which is utter nonsense. Our So called GM have almost more than 15 years experience but didn't learn to appreciate below employees when they have done a better job. If they don't know to appreciate that's fine but they will demotivate, degrade us.

Salary on time, good project exposure, opportunity to work all over India

Company culture not good everyone dominant each other not much supportive team, so much policy also policy not aline. For Each person different policy. No Transparency.

Work culture is horrible at Nina percept, lower level working staff cannot survive, lot of work pressure is loaded on a single person, no proper roles and responsibilities are assigned to anyone, worst conditions are for engineers.

No one responsible for submitted voucheres claim. Seniors asking to bring labours on our own responsibility and give them kharchi and all personally. Experienced but uneducated managers. No one is taking responsibility during transition period.

Nothing as such. It’s just another Lala company with toxic work culture and management’s ego is on highest levels.

Dislikes

Not an appropriate place to work for. No policies nothing. Management’s ego is very high and you’ll definitely not feel like working in such a toxic environment.
