There is nothing to like about this company except for the company's Hr as he is very supportive in terms of issues related to work,rest the other staff was terrible including manager as he didn't knew how to seperate professional and personal life.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
