As workplace, the atmosphere is terrible. The harsh behavior of that exact person who will be taking ur interview is traumatizing. Performance analysis is not important here but the internal politics will decide ur fate. No minimal respect is given to the faculties. Sunday is also a working day for faculties.

They posted job for full time assistant Professor of Optometey. After the selection offering me 150 rs per class of 40 min. And giving me 4 to 5 class in a week. So if you calculate the monthly income then will you have an idea about their policy. Even though they did not paying, also they ask me to do administrative work beside with out payment.
