- No infrastructure to run a college. - Nandini madam(Director) has no work ethics. - 6 days working. They even call faculties on Sunday without giving proper remuneration and respect. - No appreciation for good work. - No work appraisal. - Very less salary.

They posted job for full time assistant Professor of Optometey. After the selection offering me 150 rs per class of 40 min. And giving me 4 to 5 class in a week. So if you calculate the monthly income then will you have an idea about their policy. Even though they did not paying, also they ask me to do administrative work beside with out payment.
