...k about my continuity of teaching in the College!! This was very unprofessional. Also they don't even contact me to collect my bank details to give my salary and at last I didn't get the salary for the classes I took. HR declined to help me about this issue.

More dislikes. Because there are no future. No job security. If director Mam mood not good than she discontinue you any day. Very uneducated and undisciplined organisation. In a 6 month here lefting job 37 person for her behavior. Nothing good here.

As workplace, the atmosphere is terrible. The harsh behavior of that exact person who will be taking ur interview is traumatizing. Performance analysis is not important here but the internal politics will decide ur fate. No minimal respect is given to the faculties. Sunday is also a working day for faculties.
