Company Management has always make a big dream, but not taken any single steps to achieve this. If any employees want to achieve company dream, this company will fire best performing employees. This company required only a people who work ready to at minimum salary. If your salary is high there will be high risk to your job security. I have have seen that, this company have fired a people who have 25 yrs service in Nilons just because of salary.
