Sometimes I have to work 24 hours straight In a day as well as late into night. Managers do not value the employee they treat juniors like a worker. Job security was very terrible.

They promoted persons who does not have sufficient knowledge of super wiser also, on the name of giving chance. No competitors, job secure. Sab ghodo me langada ghoda hoshiar.
