This is one of the Big Company but The New Employees Joined Payment is To much Lower as much Company Name or Reputed company Position. I am Not Happy In This Company.I would Not Suggest to Work on This Company. And The Team of Sperit is Not Good. Not any Single Thing is Good in This Company.

see example There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. I work 2 and Half Years. There is not any Growing opportunity in this Company.
