Suggestions to Top management at central level 1- Give some authority to Management trainee from central level otherwise there is no means to hire from central level 2-No regional management wants to interfere in thier area by any central employee 3-Chance of Exposure of illegal activity of regional management to top management Think about it. I am not criticising anyone
