Salary comes on time ,apart from that everything is worst.

Everything, work culture is worst, Get calls after office hours, Employees are asked to work on some weekends & festival holidays. most people works to impress boss. Work life balance is not at all. Some managers take credits of their junior works. Meeting are scheduled late to extract more of your personal time.

There is not at all transparency with employee. Only RSM can do whatever he want. Expense structure is very poor. No incentive and if there the RSM don't let employee to know about that. Too much politics and biasness.
