Customer service team was very nice but there was some issue with team Manager. Manger only don't known how to manage the team properly, Team was managed as per manager's mood. If any one leave on time after work they calculate that also and humiliates us. They ask us to respect as per designation but they don't respect employees And also there some man ego problem with manger, because of this issue and personal and professional life becomes hell. Never get any appreciate for good work done. New joiners get higher packages and old ones not get salary as per their experience and skills. Communication gap between sales team and back office persons.

Everything, work culture is worst, Get calls after office hours, Employees are asked to work on some weekends & festival holidays. most people works to impress boss. Work life balance is not at all. Some managers take credits of their junior works. Meeting are scheduled late to extract more of your personal time.
