Company having best fabrication unit, background and wast space to work. No Proper planning, they need to improve/set properly purchase team. They are not having Errection supporting tools for heavy works to execute works in site. no ontime deliverys company need to improve and make some deadline/timeline to delivery of works and tools/consumables tackles for the projects then only able to deliver and maintain the quality of work. HR policies is are too terrible, they promise to employees some at joining time, but after completion of probation period no reply if employee reported also and not at all care. Zero job security.
