Buttering helps you to grow your career and too much politics in this company. Boss in every department is dominating culture no body listen your voice if you are in problem. Company policies are only for dominating junior staff not for seniors. There is no job security if your rating is NI company will terminate you without asking any reason. Horrible and Toxic place for work.

Its been great honor to working with Adani Transmission Limited. I am feel proud to be a part of Adani Group. Talk about teammates , very supportive. E vidyalaya is a good step taken by a Group. The learning process is very easy. we also looking for quarterly classroom training program in a year. Job security is high if someone found guilt then the group will not support anymore.

It’s all depends on managers and overall project performance nothing is helpful irrespective of your hard work they calculate your performance with simple words of manager (those who sticked with adani from years ) and so much politics for every small work credit worse ever feeling
