Company culture is very good . Team (Dap) members are very supportive and helpful .I am enjoying and do the best for my side to achieve organization goal.

Job Training is not given to new joinees in a proper way..Also company should be provide to information/ new technology training to employees.which can aware about new technology and grow ..

The job. Is quite challenging in initial stage as there was no formal training session.i learnt everything during work .team members is very supportive and helpful..

I was working on contract payrole. For people working on payrile the company is not good. Everytime you are being treated as an inferior.

Work Culture is good. They will not fire you if you are permanent employee.

Dislikes

Less Salary and there are no learning and Career growth. Also, for every project late stays will be there.

They do yearly party and celebration like xmas and diwali.

Dislikes

There are lot of things. Work culture is not good. Old people ruining new employees life. Late stay, low salary, low level of learning, low job security if you are contractual employee. Left place 4 years back.hope they had improvements now.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
