Working with LC, NIITMTS team has been extremely frustrating. The Managers (Emanual, Muthu, Himanshu...etc) lacked even basic project knowledge and refused to deal with the client, leaving critical tasks neglected. Instead They focus on Trival HR Duties with internal employees, which was a blatant misuse of their role and disserviceto the project. After the employees work tirelessly to achieve the target, these managers take credit and then conveniently fly abroad, they also have the nerve to change names in meeting presentation to claim credit for themselves. 1. No role bifurcation. Anyone and everyone doing almost the same thing 2. Management is poor 3. If you are new, no one would understand you and whatever the old people say is right and you can even be terminated on that basis without any investigation 4. Lot of gossiping and back bitching even at the most senior levels 5. Leadership does not act like leaders 6. Overall good vibe, lot of women employees so decent work environment formal and classy. Established organization so job security on lower to mid level.

Dislikes

This is subjective to project. But usually the one who works gets overburdened and those who don't enjoy. Appraisals are controlled by managers they give hikes to their pets. No visible presence or control of HR. Worked over 5 year. Poor appraisal of 3% with best performance rating. NO acknowledgement of hardwork. Fake claps and trphy no monitery gains.

Promotion - forgot about it they will increase Target not salary if u will get promotion. Management makes unrealistic plan without any analysis.Management people only busy in showing there work not interested to implement. If someone will spent more time he will spoil his career. Nothing to learn here and grow.
