Being a part of single resource project I kind of feeling very independent and confident after completing each delivery. Company policies are good and flexible transparent work culture.

Dislikes

Only thing to improve is the management deadline like from submitting health insurance nominees to tax declaration proof or appraisal review. Everything has been asked to complete in a day or two. This thing should be changed, prior notification will really help.

Work Details

They mostly asked to work on legacy based technologies. Because of internal office politics, even after getting client application, I was thrown out of projects.
