There are not much of a training scheduled for skill development. What’s you are being told and what you get is completely different, they will tall very sweetly to make you join the company. After you join the company there is not much of a progress. Too much of Micromanagement You want be able to speak to your reporting manager and will always get to say connect with him or her when that person is not your reporting manager The manager thinks he/she knows everything while the picture is completely different. You will not be given the details about the client conversations for the project that you yourself handling. There is no mechanism of Survey for feedback when that’s the norm in current organisation to keep the transparency. If you are lucky then only you will be getting a good project. Senior management is not at all good HR does not believe in employee related policies.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
