Likes

A very supportive teammates, seniors are there with friendly work environment for learning, healthy work culture, most of all senior and junior shares very connective bond while working. And also good amount of incentives received. Salary nd mangment policy can be a better improvement aspect in near future for sure.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
