Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no fomal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same tea

All below points are for technical people only. 1. No Job security ( you can thrown out any time ) 2. Excessive Work load and low wages. 3. If you're leaving at 5:30pm, Its reflects that you don't have any work to do. (will be reflected in your increment). 4. Company runs by the mixedmonoply of HR & director. 5. If you coming from Non-cultural, Non-systematic company, then its good for you to learn few basics of a japanese company other wise can't help it. 6. Company has no skill upgradation plan for young employees, Only aged people are sent for skill upgradation to overseas or other locations. 7. HR is like a dictator there, you don't need to anything.. just obey to them in anything. 8. Company has no systematic approach. 9. 70% of staff doesn't proper english for fluent communication purpose. 8.
