I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

There is no like. They hold employees salary, 20-25 deduction every month. If u join there, ur career will be wasted.

Dislikes

There is nothing to grow, this company is listed in BSE but its a proprietary company. U cant make ur decision. If you have leadership qualities, then you never able to use because of worst working environment in the company. I left my company after 2 to 3 months. Still my salary is on hold. So my suggestion is don’t join this company ever.
