Really good place for learning. Introduction to cutting edge tech and many bright minds. Awesome culture, pay and benefits. Depending on which department you go, working hours can vary. Good food and pantry ;)

Dislikes

Depending on which department you go, working hours can be harsh. Pramana can ask you to come at 9 and stay till 11 as normal event. Some teams take the phrase "fast-faced environment" too literally. Recent layoffs feels like unstable management :(

Failed to raise funding, company is running in loss and mass layoffs happening currently. The company has laid off it's leadership as well along with 50% of the org being downsized.

US leadership thinks they are very smart and therefore there is no need to listen to their employees and customers.
