Do not supporting for me & my march 2020 month salary no payment for me

Proprietor Do not payment salary timely every month , company harassing giving salary payment all stuff .all stuff After 45 days duty he taken salary for one month , 15 days salary cutting in hand company & do not giving me PF & ESIC as per as I know that is punishable offence and contact to client proxy name .

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
